Joni Miller is always one step ahead. In fact, she frequently has answers before we even know we need them.
What makes this production whiz prepared for anything?
Maybe it’s her Midwestern background. (Yes, she can drive a tractor.) Maybe it’s the fact that she’s in great shape from chasing around her twin toddlers. Or maybe it has something to do with her more than 14 years of working with bustling agencies and big-name clients.
From months-long catalog projects and breakneck-speed video productions to rate negotiation, talent management and major event planning — Joni can pull off even the most complicated project without missing a beat. As part of our Studio Group, she keeps a bird’s-eye view on what’s happening at redpepper, while simultaneously honing in on every detail.
Joni’s not all work though. When she’s not spending time with her family (which includes her sweet dog Allie), she can be found reading, running, refinishing furniture or pursuing other passions that start with the letter “r.”
