If anyone deserves a pink and bedazzled superhero cape, it’s Joya.

This one-person support team provides the gas for our crazy redpepper machine. Whether she’s loading us up with healthy snacks, chasing down answers or jumping in on any project, for any client, at any time — Joya’s a pro at keeping everything, and everyone, running smoothly.

We aren’t the only ones who thrive under her loving care, though.

She won’t hesitate to proclaim that the most important thing in her life is her two daughters and one husband. (Yes, just one. Although, she could probably handle five.)

Originally from Colorado, Joya’s hobbies include hiking, biking and skiing. Due to the shortage of snow around here, she’s also picked up tennis and gardening.

Knowing Joya’s energy level, we bet that list will double by next month.
