Turning customers into brand ambassadors.

When Kirkland’s partnered with us back in 2009, the first thing we set out to do was transform their existing customer database from a list of passive e-mail subscribers into a community of fully ignited brand enthusiasts. We knew that Kirkland’s customers shared an affinity for all things home decor, and that this demographic in particular, enjoyed swapping ideas with others. So, we created MyKirklands.com — a community where like-minded people could connect with each other, share inspiration and play an important role in the Kirkland’s brand. Enough talk, though.
